Reformer Pilates Classes

At Studio at 1A, our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are - from your very first session to more advanced, dynamic practice. Whether you’re pre or post-natal, returning from injury, or looking to deepen your strength and control, we offer thoughtfully programmed sessions tailored to different needs and abilities. Every class balances challenge with care, helping you feel stronger, more aligned and more confident with each visit. Choose a level that suits you or explore across the timetable - each session is designed to support both body and mind in an elevated, welcoming space.


FUNDAMENTALS

Designed to build strong, confident movement from the ground up, this class is ideal whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine and strengthen your foundations. In a supportive, welcoming environment, you’ll focus on the core principles of the reformer - alignment, control and connection.

The pace is steady and considered, with plenty of guidance to help you move safely and with confidence. As you develop strength and control, we layer in thoughtful progressions to refine technique, improve stability and build muscular endurance - always with a strong focus on form.

Suitable for beginners, those returning after a break, injury, pregnancy or postpartum, and anyone wanting to strengthen their movement patterns before progressing into more dynamic classes.


MIXED LEVELA

A balanced, full-body reformer workout designed to suit a wide range of experience levels (excluding complete beginners). This class blends controlled foundational work with more dynamic sequences, offering both modifications and layered progressions throughout. Expect strength, flow and challenge - without the intensity of a fully dynamic class. Ideal if you’ve completed a few Foundations classes and feel ready for more variety while still refining technique.

We recommend attending at least 3 Foundations classes before booking.


DYNAMIC AAA 

Our most advanced reformer class. Faster paced, energising and challenging, this session is designed for confident, experienced clients who feel comfortable with more complex movements and seamless transitions. Expect layered progressions, creative sequencing and occasional jumpboard work to elevate intensity. This class will challenge your strength, stability, coordination and endurance.

Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy, or anyone currently rehabilitating an injury.
